Pros
The best part about working for Lexington Medical is the medical benefits, etc. The second would be the people. You will find some of the most personable and caring people you may ever meet. The senior staff are family people. They value morals and a hard working individual. Another part of Lexington Medical is that they allow good flexibility depending on the job. They are a growing company so you know you have job security. The only downsides in my mind would be that as more practices are being added to Lexington Medical and more staff, the senior management levels are in great need of expansion as well.
Cons
Not many advancement opportunities. Not competitive pay.
