      Coworker's are awesome Most departments do not microwave manage

      Cons

      Health insurance is over priced considering the high deductible and total out of pocket. Dental insurance is too high considering only get $1000/year in benefits.

      Senior level management appears reactionary, disorganized at times and doesnt seem to do much strategic planning.

      Pros

      Enjoy caring for the patients. Thankful they allow therapy dogs to work with our patients. They are expanding so hopefully new work options will become available.

      Cons

      Time off is restricted and hard to get. Employees here are just a number. Have been told that no one is irreplaceable which comes across as a threat.
