      Pros

      great benefits, a lot of paid time off, easy to request time off, decent management, they are very fair. everything you purchase at the hospital is pay-deductable. Pay rates are very decent. part time employees are always offered extra hours when others need off.

      Cons

      sometimes understaffed. training was not sufficient enough.

      Pros

      Originally they had great management and wonderful staff! Co-workers have a great attitude; it's a fun environment on nights, I loved my job for the first 3 years.

      Cons

      Learning the it is one of the lowest paying hospitals in the area; recent management turn over, and the new management has felt the need to make their points by making "examples" of a few long time employees.
