Pros

The company is heading in a very positive direction. They are very open to new ideas when they are brought to the table. Great collaboration between teams, employees and direct supervisors. It is also a great industry to work in, all while being surrounded by a great team of people.

Cons

The insurance cost is a bit high, other than that no cons at all.
