Pros

Strong mission with meaningful impact on the community Established brand with a history of industry relevance Dedicated employees who care about the customers they serve

Cons

This company played a meaningful and impactful role in its industry a decade ago, but unfortunately has struggled to evolve. There has been little meaningful investment in the product, while prices have continued to rise—creating a growing disconnect between cost and value. Leadership has made a number of decisions that raise concerns around transparency and long-term commitment to customers, employees, and the communities they serve. While new leadership has been introduced, many of the underlying challenges appear deeply rooted and difficult to fully address. It’s disappointing, as the mission and community this company supports are genuinely important, but the execution today does not reflect that same level of care or innovation.

As long as an employee has completed 6 months with the company, they can post for other roles. Our preference is to promote or transfer from within if skills are a match for a different role. It's also helpful to complete the learning pathways available and align the progress with conversations with your manager. This can help you gain skills to be ready or express interest for additional development for future change. Keep your manager in the loop with your interests. One can also participate in the mentoring program to gain additional skills and insight into other areas.
