History of success in public data marketplace. Having "a name" in the industry opens doors for sales team. Company willingness to acquire assets to expand reach and scope of services.

Cons

Sheer size bringing more constrictive business approach. Wide products hurts specialized excellence in many products. Lots of recent acquisitions but integration seems slow and internal product creation even slower.
