Pros

Believing in the products and services that you sell and the company you represent which you will for the most part here. The clientel was more than what one could expect or want to work with; they were all fabulous. The money is great in total accumulation of base, commission and rewards/bonuses. The benefits were also appealing.

Cons

It is such a large company that many get lost or really never known and even when you are the or one of the top producers you will still possibly find yourself as just another indespensible employee that can and will be replaced.
