Good entry-level job with little opportunity for growth.

Major flexibility with working whether in office or remote. Lots of community based incentives and great benefits, but poor compensation which is the trade off. Lots of opportunity to take courses and learn new skills/certifications but you will not get to use them here.

Cons

Major gate keeping when it comes to access for crucial software and applications necessary for daily job responsibilities. Takes months to push access which causes you to do remedial and thoughtless tasks for months on end. Pay does not scrape industry minimums. Flexible work schedule is a trade off.
