LN needs to invest more into their employees to reduce turnover and retain experienced talent. Very reactive company and not as proactive as it should be in their industry.

It is being 3 years working at LNRS. So far good experience.

Cons

Not much of promotions in the company. Even though I get good reviews, still not much on salary increase, or promotion.
