Pros
Good benefits including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 401k, etc... Opportunities to learn can be abundant in certain BU's. Worked with good people. Active in community with opportunities for volunteer work for employees. Work/life balance is reasonable.
Cons
Always changing brands and leadership direction. No room to grow within the company. Pay was on the lower end of the scale. If you are looking for work/life balance, do not expect a promotion.
