      - Fairly easy job to get, in terms of what they look for in experience/education - Lots of opportunities for OT, rarely if ever forced on you

      Cons

      - Insanely repetitive and mindless work, with very high workloads - Virtually zero room to grow into different roles by promotion or changing departments.

      Not a great company to work for, Very low pay

      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Flexible working hours 401K is good.

      Cons

      Less number of fulltime employees. They offer utter low pay for full-time employees. People are sticking to the company mainly due to work life balance. Work is not challenging. Technology stack is kind of old and they use lot of internal technologies.
