      Great people, supportive environment, good people managers, focus on the right things, fun and interesting place to work. Good performance rewarded well.

      Cons

      Salary was below market. In sales, that can be made up by commissions, which are good. Upon success, your sales target increases unfairly.

      Attitude, atmosphere, work life balance is good

      Cons

      Business units don't have individual HRs. Everything is controlled via LNRSG HR. Even if things are approved within a business unit, it can be denied or postponed by central HR. Frustrating.
