      Pros

      Allows for a good work-life balance. Benefits are good. Sufficient vacation/PTO. Paid volunteer hours are a wonder plus. Focus in career development and building industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Too focused on verticals and pillars. Individual team focused and task break-down can make projects difficult to navigate. Companies are purchased faster than integration projects can be completed, which leads to internal frustration and client dissatisfaction.
