      Pay, the people you work with are reasonable not so much the managers

      Almost everything else, it was the type of place you had to watch your back all of the time as someone was looking to take oyu down

      Analytics team is a hard working and solid team with deep expertise. Great data on consumers in the US Benefits

      Cons

      Deep dysfunction at the CEO level. They have numerous "CEO" titles within the business for different business units. No discernible growth and innovation strategy. Very difficult to get things done inside a stifling corporate culture.

      Pros

      Benefits are very good and the company is stable. Quality of life is great if you are looking to put in your 8 hours a day and be done.

      Cons

      Trying to do anything beyond the status quo is painful to impossible. Bureaucracy and frustration reign free. HR leadership is over their heads and terrible at employee relations.
