Exposure to many interesting areas like functional programming with F# and Haskell. You are given time and space to explore technology, read books, attend conferences etc and grow your skills. There's a great culture of learning and self-improvement. Standards are high, best practises followed. Great coworkers, highly skilled and motivated, and a pleasure to work with. Dublin office seems to be particularly well run. Pay and annual leave allowance are both good. Good work-life balance. Management very supportive. It's just a nice place to work.
