Pros
There is a lot of flexibility and room for growth if you conform and don't try to innovate. Also if you allow being judged on your personality and not your work then this is the place for you.
Cons
Put in boundaries and then judged on doing other people's work as part of boundarylessness. If you don't suck up, then you won't got far. A lot of management with no knowledge of what they are managing.
