      Competitive compensation package Really smart, ego-free people Leader in the industries we serve Big growth opportunities for individuals and company overall

      Cons

      Risk CEO is not driving a company-wide vision (however business unit CEOs are for each BU) Rapid growth (which is a PRO) puts added pressure on employees to perform above and beyond until new staff is hired... And recruiting is too slow Telecommuting is frowned upon by some, flexible work options inconsistently handled

      Pros

      Regardless of company growth, coworkers and senior leadership keep a very friendly, open work environment and a team-driven culture in everything we do. Frequent team outings, lunches together, pot-lucks. Very intelligent managers. Work-life balance is very important to everyone from the top-down.

      The annual salary increase is below average.

      Enterprise IT management mentality brought to its knees by new C level management.

      Pros

      Great 401k match compared to most other companies.

      Cons

      Upper management is more worried about their power base than the good of the company. Nonsensical decisions about promotions are decided without any employee recommendations at all. The same problems can be seen with current IT procurements.
