      Competitive compensation package Really smart, ego-free people Leader in the industries we serve Big growth opportunities for individuals and company overall

      Cons

      Risk CEO is not driving a company-wide vision (however business unit CEOs are for each BU) Rapid growth (which is a PRO) puts added pressure on employees to perform above and beyond until new staff is hired... And recruiting is too slow Telecommuting is frowned upon by some, flexible work options inconsistently handled

      Pros

      Great environment that leverages technology and business effectively. People friendly that take care of employees. It has many talented and dedicated professionals who passionately contribute to the bottom line.

      Cons

      Too large of organization and hard to influence any major changes. It is also too many disparate divisions that are not integrated.
