      Pros

      Great culture, management, and benefits. It is a great entry level job to gain experience and obtain promotions if networking skills are used.

      Cons

      Pay usually is lower than nation standard especially if you are looking for internal growth. Some positions are fully remote and some aren’t. ( everyone is currently temporary remote due to the pandemic)

      Good work environment, solid parent company.

      Cons

      Compensation not up to par with market. Bonuses are basically a joke, unless you are a Sr. Dir or above.
