Pros
Consultants are well compensated for their work; most of the employees are very focused on their work and best interests of the team they lead or support; the company had a lot of giveaways!
Cons
The leadership focused on making money, but also does try to include time on benevolent endeavors. Their main problem is gossiping about the team members and extreme judgmentalism. It is like an episode of mean girls in the higher ranks. I've never seen anything quite like it. I told them enough lies about my personal life to keep them occupied well after my departure, but I'm guessing that's just old news. I'm sorry for whoever has the "dunce" cap on this week.
