      Using a big data platform different from mainstream platform. Falling behind in Technique innovation. Compensation may lag comparing to the booming trend of analytic salary increase nationally.

      Great culture, company really pushes work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary is not very competitive starting out, however, management seems to be pretty fair about promotions with experience.

      Pros

      Great people with the most part. Great co-workers. Decent work environment. Pay is on the high end of market. Good 401k plan but not so good on healthcare (high deductibles and cost). Good yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Complex and over abstracted architecture. Hard to get information needed to complete work. Need to chase people to get access to anything. Mangers were laid back but attentive.
