      Great place to retire from but OLD technology makes unemployable elsewhere

      Limited advancement OLD technology not marketable. Will be hard to get job elsewhere because skills become outdated working there Beware if you work there long you will not be able to work elsewhere but if you love ECL it's the best place to work. No other company uses it.
