you're invisible. you're only opportunity is to do less to be credited for doing more. doing more will lead to punishable deeds. employees have worked here for years not doing very much at all, so no one goes to them with requests or questions. you learn that the hard way, but that's a pro if you're not motivated in general.
Cons
you're invisible. no yearly pay increase. struggle to get technical tools to do your job. very client focused and less employee focused. no communication. very cut-throat corporate culture.
