Pros

I immediately felt welcome and worked with a good. Very understanding and if you work hard and can learn different things easily then you will do good. Management is really nice and encourages family time or working on your time as long as you get everything done and product for clients comes out above and beyond. You are alotted a lot of PTO, however If there are releases or deadlines you need to be available while on vacation if a product glitches.

Cons

Bonuses are almost non existent, health insurance isn’t ideal. Pay is okay, small increases for the amount of work being put in. Work deadlines and releases can be stressful. Being able to learn new things easily is a must. The positives outweigh they give a lot of PTO but deadlines are there no matter what even when on vacation

- Overly Corporate - Red Tape everywhere - Unfair bandings for people doing the same job - Your bog standard 9-5, if you like that sort of thing, it is the perfect place to switch off and do your day-to-day. Zero innovation or enthusiasm - Riddled with micro-managers - Sycophantic and willing to toe the company line? You'll be promoted in no time
