Pros

Products and services are interesting. If you can find the right manager it can be wonderful.

Cons

Low pay compared to competitors, very difficult to learn internal processes because they are all manual and broken. Managers go through no training and lack the understanding of how to lead, support and strategize a plan for success. Better diversity. No career growth track.
