Management is horrid. I was gaslit, lied to and experienced misogyny and ageism during my time there. I was discriminated against for my mental health (which is illegal, by the way). Work-life balance was non-existent. The pay was terrible as well given my experience in data science and location. I knew of multiple employees who faced similar issues as mine.

Very US centric - that would work everywhere right? Sales revenue based pay plan, very difficult to overachieve

Like all companies, they don't proactively raise you to compensate experience accrual.
