It just everyone playing their own games for satisfying their own ego. - Most of managerial people are narrow minded and egoistic in nature. They will never entertain new ideas, creativity or out of the box thinking.

Managers are old and not progressive. They are resistant to change and continue making the same mistakes which cost the company money and human resources. Many associates either quit or were fired while I was employed.
