I don’t really have any to speak of.

Cons

Poor leadership 95% White and have to play the favoritism game if you want to get in with them Will eliminate roles often and combine roles leaving you with many responsibilities and the same pay (pattern for them) Understaffed and they operate that way all the time and ask how can we be more time efficient as if that’s the issue Poor culture Poor Work Life Balance Highly Stressful Will take advantage of you don’t speak up but you will get negative reviews if you speak up
