      Pros

      International company with multicultural atmosphere. Good salaries and other advantages for senior employees (which is not the case for junior profiles)

      Cons

      Too many projects get 'on hold' or are postponed because of the management decision. It is highly frustrating. Internal communication coming from the top management is not transparent at all even if they declare the opposite. Difficult to develop your career as you planned it inside the company as they are usually not open to your proposals
