Pros

Some of the people are nice. Some good opportunities to learn. Decent benefits, but nothing too spectacular.

Cons

One of the things you’ll end up learning the hard way, is safeguarding your work so others don’t claim it as their own. Competitive culture to the point that supervisors are on board with it, but many people don’t seem to realize it’s happening. Culture took a 180 the last couple years.
