Pros

Great place with great people to work with. With Dorsey on board, they eliminated the toxic leaderships, the work culture is so much better now. I enjoy going into work everyday now. Great health benefits and work life balance.

Pros

The people at Liberty HealthShare are great. Everyone is very kind and caring and committed to the ministry's mission. Leadership truly cares about its members and employees. New CEO has done an excellent job at improving the culture and driving a turnaround.

Cons

As a non-profit, investment in the office buildings has been lacking over the years. They could stand a re-fresh.
