* no mouse or keyboards provided in the office, even though we are required to be there, we have to bring our own equipment from home
* our laptops are so locked-down and under-powered that it gets in the way of day-to-day work
* every byte of your network traffic, even TLS traffic, is decrypted and logged. No sense of privacy or trust
* even if you apply for and get hired to perform one type of work, you might be sent to another team doing something completely different that you have no interest in working on, and you have no say in the matter
