Pros

Friendly people who seem to care about insurance

Cons

Can be a very complacent company. Not too bad although tools vital for development don't always work. Plenty of mostly nice people and easy ability to move teams if in unhappy

Pros

A variety of flexible work arrangements are available, along with a good selection of employee assistance programs. There are many opportunities available for training and development.

Cons

Increasingly frequent and large-scale restructures and layoffs, plus unclear communications from senior management, leave morale incredibly low. The frequent changes to organizational structure significantly impact productivity. Generally no sense of belonging.
