Pros
I felt valued and part of the team working in the SBSC. The training was excellent and I felt extremely prepared to transition to full time work. The pay and benefits were available and accessible from day 1. My supervisor was one of the best I've ever had!
Cons
Depending on the department, there is no room for promotion. I moved on to a different role in a different segment of the company to continue my career growth.
