      Great pay. That is all I can say at this point.

      Cons

      They do layoffs every year. Management is getting worse. To many claims systems and not enough workers. Did I mention they have done lay-offs every year for the past 5 years. That's a big one!

      No better place to develop an insurance career. If you have limited insurance experience, no other company does what Liberty Mutual does.

      Cons

      It takes hard work the first several years. 2 solid years of working long hours and odd days.
