Pros
you CAN NOT get fired from working here. they just don't fire people. (but because of that there is incompetence everywhere, the organization is riddled with it)
Cons
In the 4 years I worked here the entire middle market segment reorganized 6 times, every time was more dramatic and traumatic then the time before.. The process and systems are awful. The management takes no ownership of any issues and leadership here is seriously lacking. The annual employee opinion survey scores reflect VERY unhappy employees. Every day that I worked there I saw people cry, scream and flip out. I've never worked at a company where so many people were on mental medical leave because working there literally drives people insane.
