      Pros

      I have to say from the hiring process to the training and on the job growth. This company has left me in awe. The inclusiveness. The help, the incentives, benefits, schedule, the work from home and the opportunity for growth is the sky! I have taken the vacations I needed and also have gotten awesome prizes. Metrics are not hard to reach. And management treat you like friends. Just a great awesome company to work for. I wish I would have joined years ago when I had the opportunity back then.

      Cons

      No main office close to me to meet employees personally. However the chats in teams have been great to meet new friends in other states I already planning to visit CO to meet with co workers on a vacation.
