      Large and varying caseload within the prpperty and casualty realm and worker;s compensation cases, no need to achieve billable hours, minimal marketing for cllients

      Cons

      Small office with very little sense of comraderie, complex reporting requirements performed on several different software platforrms to which there will be no orientation prior to expecting you to be facile, little ability to apportion work appropriately between attorneys, liimited to no staff support compared to private practice Management inexperienced or lethargic in communicating corporate requirements to staff which has direct bearing on individual performance ratings.

      Your time is constantly monitored, even when you go on break and use the restroom!! All your calls are recorded and evaluated. If you do not use the correct greeting: "Thank you for calling Liberty Mutual this is (your name), how can I help you? You will get marked off for not saying the greeting exactly as quoted.
