Pros

Working with great people (great both presonally and professionally) Good work- life balance Competetive benefits

Cons

Not enough opportunities for employees who earned MBA while working full time. candidates that earned MBA and worked elsewhere are given better opportunities than MBAs who earned the degree while working fill time for the company

Pros

Liberty Mutual was gracious towards many employees who were envolved in the Safeco to Liberty Mutual transaction. I am personally satisfied with my position and new manager, and after being with Liberty Mutual for one year, I look forward to staying around. The benefits are good as well as the life to work balance.

Cons

The only downside that I can forsee, would be the removal of the transportation subsidy, but I guess this information will be forthcoming soon...
