Pros

When you join liberty you may notice some colleagues have been there 10, 20, even 30 years. For many, LM’s competitive pay, benefits, and room to grow keeps them locked in. I can see the appeal to this and have enjoyed a lot of my time here. The people I have worked with on my team over have also been very supportive, eager to learn and teach, and excited about innovation.

Cons

As with many large organizations, LM adapts to the market and business success. This means seasons of hiring and firing. The lows are very challenging for morale and it can be hard to pick back up on motivation especially if you are looking for external inspiration.

Pros

Flexible working hours, benefits, talent development, career growth, benefits

Cons

Pay is competitive for the industry but not as competitive for living in a major city. Technology is dated and the company is very risk averse in many ways. The RTO policy, while flexible, provides no value to employees.
