The past and benefits are good and flexibility with your work schedule.

Cons

Supervisors don't seem to do anything. When calls slow down or sales aren't coming in it seems like they run around blindly and throw a lot of things at the wall to see what sticks. Then they add pressure and call it holding the agents accountable. This makes most teams a revolving for. You are apparently married to your supervisor and management will fight to not move you to a better team.
