I worked at Liberty Mutual for 9 years. There are countless pros about the company and the niche role on the dedicated account. Some of the pros are mentioned below. - knowledgeable teammates - great managers - fun account to work on -good onboarding process - very good work/life balance - good pay (pension , annual bonus, merit increases)

Cons

It’s a hard company / position to leave once you get integrated because it’s truly an awesome opportunity. This makes it hard to motivate yourself to want to leave. Indirectly a pro I suppose.
