Risk Control Senior Leadership team brought in after large retirement payoffs. All women with lots of drama who are castoffs from other carriers. Left after 20+ years due to toxic culture. Constant resignations as people find other jobs. Not enough people to do the work even after they merged State Auto into department. Truly a shame to see how far Liberty Mutual Risk Control has fallen as it was once a beacon in carrier loss control. Think twice before accepting the position.
