Was in work group chats where crowlers would routinely make fun of black people, saying things like all they eat is fried chicken, wearing chains and Nikes, etc. They’d make similar comments about Asians and Hispanics. Women do the majority of work but are never given raises or promotions as opposed to lazy, incompetent male counterparts. Students are allowed to be aggressive, rude, and even violent and threatening to employees without consequence. Management doesn’t manage performance at all so if your team has lazy people then you will just be doing two or three people’s jobs instead of them firing nonperformers. Schedule is very inflexible unless you are management. Pay is horrible and they don’t give raises. I worked there right after they’d been handed their fine by the Dept of Ed for covering up countless rapes, some by their president, and their attitude was that they were being persecuted for their Christian beliefs and not that they’d allowed and covered up women and some minors being assaulted. Management often spoke of these women with derision and claimed they’d made their claims up.
