A mediocre entry level job to quickly gain experience and leave.

Cons

Poor culture, work/life balance, systems, and leadership. The purchasing team as a whole lacks direction and is a toxic environment. Directors themselves are extremely clicky and lack fundamental empathy to run a company efficiently. Data tracking systems, laughable. Annual category reviews, a complete joke. Not to mention HQ is SEVERELY understaffed which results in terrible work/life balance. Don't do it.
