High pay overshadowed by micromanagement and chaos

Standard high pay - especially weekend rate in Sweden, mindless job

Cons

Micromanagement on corporate level (so it does not depend on staff in your store, it is a company wide policy), no focus on customers, extremely low staff always - if someone is sick that day and they do not have a replacement, it will be chaotic and this happens all the time.
