Pros

An easy job to do; consistently busy, even if the store is not filled with customers. Good job for a student; opportunity to work above contracted hours, at half term and in the summer.

Cons

Occasionally strenuous; no specific job role, don't expect to just sit on a till.

-Pay rise between £7.30-£9.50 -Great staff, have jokes and fun

Cons

-To many chiefs -To much deligation from senior management -Few people with little or no knowledge of how to manage a business -Some staff poor people skills -Long hours -No social life -Get called in on your day off when you are asleep -Not a long term career -Progression is slow if your face dont fit your stuck doing the same role over and over again -Get ill quick due to long hours less sleep -Expect more from you at all times....even when there policy states to only do what you can manage.... -To much autocracy..
