Pros

The career ladder is very good but if your face doesn't fit you've got no chance of climbing it. The salary is good too.

Cons

Can't even begin to explain how bad this company is to work for. I realised I wanted out after my first shift. Don't be fooled by the high salary it's not worth it. They have no respect for anyone, never get full breaks even when working long shifts 10+ hours. My life evolved around work. The area manager was very poor almost using bullying tactics. That's just a few examples.

Pros

Compensation and car use. The nature of the job is challenging and building your own teams is exciting.

Cons

Terrible work/life balance. 80 hour weeks are considered good weeks. No positive reinforcement whatsoever. Micro management is the norm.

Pros

Paid for me to get my degree through the Retail Management Degree Programme. Great rate of pay also.

Cons

They work you to the bone, no communication from senior management, 70 hours a week some weeks.
