Pros

Free giveaways Quicker than usual promotions

Cons

Communication from leadership is non existent. Upper management creates last minute tasks (which always seems to happen) and are always "priorities" that makes people work unreasonable hours. Constant turnover in employees (whether they quit or get fired) creates uncertainty in everyone. People high five you and congratulate you when you leave, if that tells you anything. There's no work life balance, since you only look like you care about your job if you stay after hours with your boss. You can work 12+ hrs a day, drink the Kool aid and get promoted in 2 years if you'd like to do that.

Pros

$12.00/hour is decent, if you can get a decent amount of hours. Access to FREE produce if you finesse write offs properly

Cons

Inconsistent hours...people have ONE 5 hour day a week. You get no employee benefits unless you're a PT30, and that's difficult to achieve Work/Life balance exists if you get little hours per week. Management is rubbish; Store 1003 has had like seven managers Communication is almost nonexistent. They are very frugal, so hours definitely get cut unexpectedly Schedule changes without notification THEY DON'T CASH ALL OF YOUR PTO HOURS OUT WHEN YOU LEAVE.

Pros

- good benefits - above average vacation/PTO time rewarded - nice facility - weekly giveaways from the purchasing dept - OT is no big deal

Cons

- SUPER LONG LATE HOURS - Favoritism over anyone German or German speaking - Tech: a lot of their equipment breaks down. management of this equipment is handled very poorly. - Pretty much throw you in the fire the day you walk in. Formal training is scarce. They tell you to ask as many questions as you need but it clearly is just a saying. - Costs to park
