Staff are used and abused to no end with minimal staff on shift and endless expectations.

Decent pay Flexible hours Roster is made 3 weeks in advance

Cons

Tedious & repetitive - same tasks given to the same people, no variety. If you’re not given your contracted hours you then owe the company. Not enough staff most of the time.
